About Us...
We love to buy and fix up properties. We have fixed up several condominiums and townhouses around Frederick County in Maryland and then turn around and rent these well-maintained properties for a minimum of one year rental periods. We also love to visit Kissimmee with our extended family and purchased and fixed up a 9 bedroom house that we regularly visit and open for guests when we are not there. We then purchased and built out a great beachhouse in Sandbridge Beach, a hidden gem of outer banks in Virginia Beach. We love to visit this often but offer it for rentals when we are not there. The house has its own lazy river and is on the Back Bay with a floating and fixed pier, yet just one block from the beach!.

Sandbridge beach is a hidden gem with basically private beaches used only by the local houses. Great access to Back Bay for smooth paddleboarding and kayaking right from the pier on the property. Very short walk to an empty, clean beach.
We pride ourselves in providing top-notch clean properties and world-class maintenance.
